The Brighamia Insignes or more commonly known Hawaiian Palm, Vulcan Palm or Cabbage on a stick is an extremely endangered species originating in Hawaii. It is native to the islands of Kaua'i and Ni'ihau and is part of the Campanulaceae family. This plant is part of our rare houseplant collection.

Light

Likes bright indirect sunlight.

Water

Keep the soil relatively moist but allow times to dry out in between watering. They can be sensitive to overwatering, so avoid sitting in soggy soil.

Feeding

Once per month from March-September with a liquid houseplant food.

Plant arrived in good time and well packed! Looks lovely and healthy. I had a query which I emailed over and this eas answered promptly. Have ordered a second.

Somewhat disappointed

Upon unwrapping the plant had already lost two leaves and thereafter several leaves dropped off. Needed a brutal cull and so far plant seems to have perked up .

Rare plant with amazing quality

I have been looking for a particular rare plant a Hawian Palm For a while. I saw it on your website and couldn't believe that you had it in. I ordered and when it came it was amazing quality and actually bigger than I thought. I have over 40 house plants and I'm always on the lookout for good quality and rare species so can't wait to order some more.

Fabulous healthy plant

This is the first time that I have ordered from Reggy's plants and to say I am impressed with the quality of the plant received is an understatement.
